UPS Field Service Data Entry Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented Field Service Data Entry Intern to join our operations team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate eager to learn the logistical and administrative side of field service management. You will work closely with our service coordinators to ensure our technical documentation and customer records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Assist in the digital linking of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units and ancillary equipment within our tracking systems to maintain accurate equipment hierarchies.
• CRM Maintenance: Update Salesforce with current ASP (Authorized Service Provider) data, ensuring all partner information and service records are precise.
• Document Control: Standardize, label, and upload service reports and technical documentation into SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Administrative Support: Help organize service schedules and provide general support for various organizational tasks within the field service department.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in operations, data management, or technical administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
