Undergraduate Program Assistant

Summary/Objective

The Undergraduate Program Assistant will support SIS Undergraduate Programs Office. They will report to the SIS Undergraduate Senior Coordinator and will work with other staff members. This is a federal work study position with workweek up to 10 hours per week.

Essential Functions

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Data entry.
2. Newsletter curation.
3. Event marketing (including generating Canva graphics).
4. Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

• $17.50/hour.

Required Education and Experience

• Current AU graduate or undergraduate student with a work study award.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Customer Service focus is essential.
• Comfortable moving event tables/chairs and able to lift 25 pounds.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous experience working at AU campus office.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• This position is restricted to students with a Federal Work Study (FWS) Award.
