Job Summary

The Leadperson A – Distribution is responsible for overseeing daily distribution and inventory audit tasks, while supporting and coordinating team members to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service to internal departments. This role involves working closely with Distribution Management, performing system and equipment operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Distribution Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of distribution team members
• Perform system functions such as pick lists, BOLs, shipment scheduling, and inventory inquiries
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories
• Operate equipment including forklifts and perform checker duties
• Assist with new employee training
• Interact with customers and departments for scheduling and verification
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, plant rules, and safety guidelines
• Lift up to 100 lbs as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Safety-sensitive role requiring adherence to all safety policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication, math, and computer skills
• Leadership ability
• Forklift operation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Distribution and Inventory Control
• Ability to operate all department equipment
