Typescript/Node.js Developer

Who we are

 
As a Typescript/Node.js Developer you will be workin in a Scrum team to develop an orchestration layer using Node.js/TypeScript to provide fast provisioned training and demo landscapes in SAP Cloud Infrastructure (SCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

 

What you'll be doing  

 

• Trigger activities in GCP, BTP, SCP, and other tools
• Provide APIs for different components within the infrastructure and inventory data
• Integrate tools for monitoring, configuration management, reporting, and other architecture components

 

What you'll bring along

 

• University Degree/’ Degree: Degree in Business information technology, Computer Sciences, Maths or similar
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable engineering role
• Very good knowledge in Node.js, TypeScript, and software architecture with 4+ years of experience
• Programming with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Swagger, Jenkins, and Linux
• Experience with GitHub, Jira/ADO, and Scrum
• Strong customer focus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have Skills:

• Projects in large-scale landscapes
• Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Engine); Kubernetes is a plus
• German language skills
