Job Description
- Lead global efforts to further enhance and standardize all activities related to maintaining bank accounts and associated banking portals
- Responsible for all external and internal Treasury-related compliance activities (internal and external audit)
- Manage annual insurance renewal efforts and associated day-to-day tasks
- Support the consolidation of the 13-week rolling direct cash flow forecast on a monthly basis
- Monitor the company’s daily cash position and assist in the execution of daily cash management duties
- Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
- Collaborate closely with and support Legal, FP&A, AR, AP, Accounting, and other teams, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- HS Diploma or GED required
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA, Master of Finance, or CTP a plus
- Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Responsible, flexible, and highly motivated self-starter with impeccable integrity
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth, fun environment with multiple projects and tasks
