Job Description

• Lead global efforts to further enhance and standardize all activities related to maintaining bank accounts and associated banking portals
• Responsible for all external and internal Treasury-related compliance activities (internal and external audit)
• Manage annual insurance renewal efforts and associated day-to-day tasks
• Support the consolidation of the 13-week rolling direct cash flow forecast on a monthly basis
• Monitor the company’s daily cash position and assist in the execution of daily cash management duties
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
• Collaborate closely with and support Legal, FP&A, AR, AP, Accounting, and other teams, as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA, Master of Finance, or CTP a plus
• Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Responsible, flexible, and highly motivated self-starter with impeccable integrity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth, fun environment with multiple projects and tasks
