Under general direction, the Treasury Management (TM) Sales Analyst supports the Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) in growing TM revenue. This position is responsible for the creation, analysis and delivery of proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. The TM Sales Analyst performs pre-call planning, preparation and participates in joint sales calls with TMOs and Commercial Bankers. The TM Sales Analyst provides a high level of internal customer support through understanding and driving the sales culture and vision of the organization within Encore Bank, maintaining and delivering reporting and metrics.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Have a strong understanding of TM and all TM products offered at Encore Bank.
- Develop proposals and client analysis for Treasury opportunities
- Prepare materials for TM client and prospect meetings
- Coordinate proposal responses and works across business lines to gather response information
- Participate in sales calls with the Commercial Bankers and TMOs to ensure a working knowledge of customer base and act as backup for complex client relationships and onboardings
- Ability to lead onboarding discussions and provide sales demos for Treasury and Payment Solutions applications
- Coordinate Onboarding of new accounts and new TM services for both new and existing clients
- Assists with Fraud Mitigation discussions coordinates onboarding of positive pay solutions for clients that have a fraud occurrence
- Serves as the designated backup to the TMO and assists clients and markets as needed;
- Search for opportunities to Refer and/or cross-sell TM products that result in client relationships
- Communicate client service channels and foster partnership amongst teams; Coordinates and prepares materials for internal meetings such as pre-call planning or team updates on process changes
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with markets and clients
- Support an accurate, smooth, and expedient client onboarding process
- Performs all other task as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or Finance
- 1-3 years related experience, preferable in a Treasury Management role, sales, sales support and/or commercial banking
- Basic knowledge of cash management products, commercial card products, principles and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines,
- Ability to adapt within a changing environment and demonstrate
