Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for Implementations, Practice Leadership, Escalations and Technical Implementation Team development

• Owns client relationship and responsibility to build client processes, strategies, and solutions to ensure quality and timeliness of client deliverables

• Responsible for continuous improvement of all segments as well as identifying product onboarding documentation requirements

• Significant focus on disciplines, ensuring Policy and Procedures, Job Aids and all applicable supporting documents are developed and dynamically maintained to meet the needs of the changing business landscape

• Oversees engagement with Controls, Risk and Compliance partners to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues

• Develops the Product Liaison model to ensure appropriate governance of new product roll out to include ready to launch processes and implementation readiness

• Oversees Vendor/Consulting support model and drives out ownership with our partners. Ensures invoicing accuracy and strong accountability

• Effectively manages profit/loss, headcount and budget for team while acting with a sense of urgency on internal and external issues
