The Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, helping the organization to optimize its financial performance across multiple entities. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to operations leadership for improvements.
- Assist in timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects.
- Understand business, end-markets, competitive environment, industry peer group, and general economic conditions that impact the company.
- Develop key business drivers, track KPIs, and prepare financial reports.
- Understand and analyze business units’ monthly/quarterly financial results (versus forecast, prior year, budget) and clearly articulate themes and performance drivers; this includes driving efforts to understand root causes of variances and making recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Work with various software systems to build reporting for operators and extract data.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance role is required.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial systems and software programs.
- Exceptional Excel experience and knowledge is necessary.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- A tenacity for continuous improvement is required.
