We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist who will play an important role in ensuring Fleetio’s customers have a comprehensive understanding of our product. What you'll be doing
- Nurture growth and foster adoption among Fleetio’s customer base
- Deliver on-site training experiences for Fleetio’s customer base, including Fleet Managers, Supervisors, Drivers and Technicians, ensuring key concepts are well understood and accounts are setup for long-term success
- Conduct virtual training sessions with customers, guiding users on how to use the Fleetio product and sharing best practices based on role
- Collaborate on a comprehensive on-site and virtual training curriculum for each customer role
- Analyze customer insights on training needs and incorporate feedback into continuously improving training curriculum
- Partner with the implementation team to understand customer’s unique configuration, and ensure a seamless transition into customer training for a successful adoption
- Collaborate with the education team to create self-service educational content, such as e-learning modules, to reinforce key Fleetio concepts
- Assist with customer-facing webinars to educate customers on best practices and core functionality of the product
- Utilize data and analytics to track customer progress and engagement with training
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing Customer Training Programs

Requirements
- 3+ years experience training live virtually and on-site to customers at a SaaS company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work with customers across segments (from Enterprise to SMB) in various industries
- Impeccable presentation skills, with the ability to disseminate complex concepts into easily digestible training content
- Impeccable project management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Travel requirements: Traveling at least 80% of the time, 1-3 days onsite typically within the days of M-F, travel includes US, CAN, but mainly US. Passport required.
