Focuses resources on continuous improvement, processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.  Performs supply chain and logistics functions.

Essential Functions

• A professional individual contributor / technical expert.

• Import/export, responsible for an economical and efficient flow of goods analysis.

• Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. 

• Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. 

• Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.

• Analyze transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.

• Provide information necessary to comply with international trade regulations analysis.

• Reviews import products at lowest applicable duty rates.

• Streamline import/export processing with less re-work and auditing.

• Integrate compliance into processes and culture of BD.

• Review internal competency for managing global trade compliance.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree, preferred

• 6 months experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or bill coding experience
