This role will work with senior account leaders to develop and support strategic account initiatives and will be held accountable to develop and monitor critical business metrics that provide actionable information for leadership teams and driving operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support Work Dynamics Technology strategic goals and leadership team by ensuring clear objectives, metrics and performance.
Establish and maintain working relationships with all functional lines of business. Influence and engage accordingly to help drive functional excellence and continuous improvement.
Work with business and WDT leaders to ensure their processes and our client’s goals are aligned so we achieve and exceed KPIs while improving VOC/NPS
Develop and articulate strategic initiatives with senior leadership including business cases for investment and operational activation
Drives aligned leadership & execution on initiatives focused on effective change management.
Communications plan, inclusive of an approach to leadership alignment, strategic rollout approach and tactics, core content pillars and priority messages for your key audiences, key moments, timeline, metrics, etc.
Drive alignment across regional WD, JLLT and WDT organization
Partner across the organization to assess and drive the roadmap to enhance the maturity of Product Management and Product Operations at JLL
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost-effective decisions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
Familiarity with CRE in the occupier segment to understand impact of our change for benefit of JLL
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Estimated compensation for this position is:
191,625.00 – 234,750.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
