The Transfer Admissions Operations Coordinator will review all transfer student transcript evaluation that has been completed for new and prospective transfer students in the 25/26 student pipeline. This person will also complete any remaining transfer student transcript evaluations that have not yet been completed, or that come in between now and the start of the school year.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Audit all transfer transcript evaluations that have been completed or are in the works for the 25/26 school year. (80%)

  • Complete any outstanding or new transcript evaluations as needed. (15%)

  • Consult with appropriate members of admissions, OAA, and leadership on best practices for moving forward with transfer policies and procedures. (5%)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Master’s required

  • 3+ years experience in Registrar’s Office and/or Admissions Office

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Slate, Banner, and Workday preferred
