Training Support Team Lead

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Training Support Team Lead to support multiple locations.  For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

• Supervise the Training Support team at JMSC-IP and the Spokes on-site during standard operating hours.
• Conduct overall management and coordination for all collective, intelligence, and individual training events. 

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Graduate of the Army CGSC. 
• Knowledge of and experience with Army constructive models and simulations.
• Demonstrated experience controlling medium to large unit training events and operations for MTC or similar organizations.
