Responsibilities:Administer, lead, and train new hire classes for up to 3-4 weeks throughout the year.Facilitate effectively and be objective.  They must ensure all participants learn and/or bring the event through to a successful conclusion.Participate in train-the-trainer environments with our consultants to adapt our new and existing training programs.Develop assessment and testing processes for use during the training classes.  Work with new hires during nesting week of training to answer questions and provide support.Work with Contact Center Supervisors and QA team to monitor live and recorded calls.Work with other departments to help maintain processes and procedures.Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:5+ Years of Training Experience or 2+ Years of Contact Center or Call Center Training ExperienceStrong Microsoft Office skills, mainly in PowerPoint and Excel Salesforce.com experience preferredExceptional written and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure with strict time deadlinesFlexible schedule, willing to work every Saturday ad or evening shiftBilingual preferredWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
