Training Coordinator

1. Determine and develop training content for the effective navigation and use of database systems or skill development. Assist departments as they develop training for process, procedures or department specific content.
   
   
2. Analyze, develop and implement an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
   
   
3. Deploy appropriate training methods based on observation and material content.
   
   
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify to make improvements.
   
   
5. Provide feedback regarding progress of training and make recommendations for improvements. Follow-up to ensure recommendations have been implemented or improvement has been achieved.
   
   
6. Address and resolve specific questions or problems that arise regarding understanding of content, application, processes or procedures.
   
   
7. Utilize software as instruments of instruction and educate users on the use of software.
   
   
8. Coordinate or actively engage in projects that enhance database systems or company training programs.
   
   
9. Review and assess external training requested by colleagues to determine if the content and provider are appropriate for the needs.
   
   
10. Travel as needed to conduct onsite training evaluation and instruction.
