Pacific Clinics Training Institute (PCTI) is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and skills of behavioral health professionals, allied industry workers, and community members. PCTI offers evidence-based, culturally responsive training programs through multiple formats, including live webinars, in-person workshops, and self-paced learning through our Learning Management System (LMS). With over 25 years of experience, PCTI has trained more than 20,000 individuals across California, providing continuing education for licensed professionals and certifications such as the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist program.

Compensation We Offer
- The initial compensation for this position ranges from $36.34-$44.70 (BAY) - (Central and LA) $32.30- $39.72 - (Capital and Inland) $30.76- $37.83 / hourly
- Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
- The salary may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted.
- 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions. (Spanish Approved)

Job Summary
The Training & Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator supports the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the organization’s training programs and learning management system. This role is responsible for managing training logistics, maintaining accurate training records, supporting system users, and generating reports to ensure compliance with onboarding, mandatory trainings, and professional development initiatives. The coordinator works closely with trainers, HR, compliance, and program leads to ensure staff have access to timely, accurate, and engaging learning experiences while maintaining data integrity across the LMS platform.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the learning management system (LMS), including user accounts, course assignments, and system updates.
- Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, registration, materials, attendance tracking, and room or platform setup.
- Maintains accurate training records and certification documentation in the LMS.
- Assists staff with LMS navigation, access issues, and troubleshooting.
- Tracks and monitors completion of required trainings and follows up on outstanding items.
- Generates reports for compliance audits, department leaders, and HR partners.
- Supports development, formatting, and uploading of digital learning content.
- Collaborates with trainers and content developers to ensure LMS content is accurate and up to date.
- Provides user support and basic training on LMS functions and procedures.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts related to training and learning systems.
