The Project Manager position initiates, leads and completes projects related to the operational goals of both the 
Clinical Education Training team and the education program collateral for Clinical Education.

Drives the process, creativity & innovation of the clinical content development lane. 20%
2. Summarizes progress of project activities to ensure on-time and in budget 
completion of projects and initiatives

3. Creates, implements, communicates and oversees education program projects and 
timelines including learning management system content and teammate facing 
education materials. Works with content experts to review and/or edit material.

4. Creation and maintenance of strategic internal relationships and communication to 
help drive program growth

5. Collaborates with other teams, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external) to 
develop, coordinate and execute strategic education program delivery through a 
variety of content formats to effectively partner with various departments/teams.

6. Provides strategic planning, development and coordination of education program 
initiatives to drive team and program growth.

7. Creates and implements workaround solutions within a limited tool environment to 
meet project requirements

8. Creates requested analysis, reports and presentations 5%

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.

 

 

 

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
