Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring a trainee recruitment consultant to work within our Staines office. We have an exciting opportunities in our Automation and Manufacturing divisions. You will join on a graduate recruitment consultant programme - learning all the fundamentals to set you up for success.

With locations across the UK (London, Manchester, Surrey, Birmingham and Milton Keynes), Europe (Netherlands and Poland), North America (Atlanta and Austin), Africa (Cape Town and Kenya), India and Australia (Melbourne), with ambition to double in size over the next 2 years and continue to expand into new locations across Europe, North America and APAC.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for;

Actively working with our top talent candidates to help source them a new role
Tracking new sales opportunities within a target area
Working closely with wider team to create new opportunities for existing candidates
Sourcing new customer contacts to generate new sales opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

A people-person, happy to be talking all day and working closely with customers
Confident and keen to take on challenges outside of your comfort zone
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
You - we hire potential not experience!
You may not have directly relevant experience, that's okay - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with a strong desire to work with your customers to provide a world class service.
