Trainee - Production Technician [Packaging]

Basic Function

This role is responsible for verifying the product quality, quantity and packaging the finished goods as per the defined standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety and Environment regulation and rules in daily operations, achieve ‘Goal Zero’ target.
• Ensure safety of contractual coworker working with required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE].
• Verify and ensure labelling, stitching and packaging of finished goods [compounded plastic granules].
• Recording to verify each and every finished bag in terms of cross contamination, stitching, right identification and stacking of finished goods bags.
• Recording of unpack, sieved and startup scrap for each and every process order and inform to Extrusion Line Operator.
• Support to manage the day-to-day production line operations as per the process order, including line start up, grade changeovers, dryer unloading etc.,
• Maintain housekeeping near the production machine area.

Min. Qualifications

Diploma in Plastic Engineering or equivalent qualifications in Polymer.

Preferred Qualifications

Fresher candidates or who are having maximum one year of industrial experience may apply.
