In this position, you will work as the Trades/Maintenance Worker for Enterprise Asset Management alongside exceptional trades people tasked with taking care of our buildings and the systems within. Your primary role will be to provide semi-skilled repair and maintenance support services to buildings and building systems within Department of Administrative Services (DAS) owned and/or leased buildings in the Wilsonville/Portland Metro area. Ideally, the successful candidate will begin and end their shift each day at the North Valley Complex in Wilsonville. The working schedule for this position is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The working schedule may be negotiable and will be discussed and agreed upon between the hiring manager and successful candidate.
