Role Overview: The Trade Licensing Program Manager will oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support. This role focuses on:

• Program operations and scheduling

• Curriculum review and improvement

• Compliance and quality standards

• Instruction and student support

Programs may include multiple trades such as:

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades

• Industrial and environmental trades (e.g., wastewater, manufacturing)

• General technical and skilled trades

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides

• Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards

• Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes

• Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams

• Participate in operations and quality-related meetings

• Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed

• Perform other program-related duties as assigned
