They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Town Planner to join their team in Northampton.

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
Experience working within a planning consultancy, local authority or a related development environment
A sound understanding of the UK planning system and planning policy
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, well-reasoned planning advice
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in development and land promotion
The confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersRequirements for the role of Town Planner:
