This role ensures data integrity, provides reporting and analytical support, administers compensation programs, supports benefits and vendor analytics, and serves as a technical resource for HR systems and timekeeping. The Lead HR Systems &amp; Compensation Analyst partners with HR leadership, payroll, finance, and business leaders to support data-driven decision making, process improvement, and an exceptional employee experience.</p> <div>This position is based onsite at our Brookfield, WI headquarters 4-5 days/week.
