Tools Systems Administrator - NISSC II

INNOVIM is seeking a Tools Systems Administrator to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

**This position is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO**

Description of Duties:

The candidate will:

• Implements and maintains various technical systems and serves as an interface to the supported community users.
• Provides guidance, direction, and training to others in the group. Serves as backup to other computer systems administrators.
• Builds and/or debugs hardware and software to correct difficult problems using advanced problem-solving skills.
• Develops system documentation and operation procedures. Identifies processing anomalies and provides diagnostic support for correcting.
• Coordinates the test and installation of network connections. Configures and debugs network equipment.
• Researches the selection and installation of new computer equipment including hardware and software.
• Performs and provides server and workstation expertise including on-site and off-site travel.
• Orders replacement of new hardware and software including warranty claims.
• Implements functions with data and documentation management of systems.

Basic Requirements:

• Clearance Requirements: US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
• Certification Requirements: DoD 8570 IAT II certification eligibility requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)
• Experience installing, setting, and keeping track of computer networks and the equipment they contain, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, intranet connections, and email systems
• Experience with analyzing, identifying, fixing, and recording network and server problems
• Experience creating and keeping up system records and papers, such as user manuals and update logs
• Experience establishing connections between computers and local and wide networks
• Experience with security of data and infrastructure of the organization
• Experience communicating with staff on system updates and modifications
• Experience building and maintaining applications and digital tools
