Job Description

Key duties/responsibilities:

· Complete tooling inspections and reports through various methods such as visual verification, 3D scanning, CMM operation, and other gauges

· Must be able to read and interpret tooling prints and specifications

· Provide CMM support and training for manufacturing employees

· Perform Quality Room and CMM maintenance

· Support the Calibration, Non-conformance, Quality Communications and Final Approval processes

Required Education / Qualifications:

· High School Diploma / GED equivalent

· Experience in programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines

· Familiarity with tooling

· Windows based computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work independently and as an effective team

· Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent problem-solving skills using established Quality methods

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Ability to safely operate a forklift

· Ability to work overtime as needed
