Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and innovation? We are looking for a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst 4 to play a critical role in optimizing, maintaining, and designing software applications that support key business and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the portfolio and service line.
• Develop deep expertise in software applications, operational workflows, and business or clinical policies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and implement solutions for complex challenges.
• Support key applications, including but not limited to HBS (through 2025) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (anticipated go-live November 2025).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in application design, testing, and support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business owners, and vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of software applications and operational workflows.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at 5-10% of the time, and as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the “home office” location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500 – $227,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the $102,500 -140,000 annually.
