Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for technical writing and developing high-quality, user-centered content to ensure our policies and associated requirements are clear and concise.
- Create, publish, and maintain policy and procedure information on internal and external channels with stakeholders and public pages.
- Interact with stakeholders, including policy owners, legal and business teams to refine content in adherence with standards.
-Set standards for content creation and engage with Product Management team to create and improve the policy accuracy and efficiency.
-Continuously refine and iterate policy-related materials based on accuracy and efficiency metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist
- Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams; relevant policy development experience is a plus, e.g. within corporate governance functions
- Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop strategy
- Experience working in public policy in consumer-facing, technology or logistics field

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104711 - $192533 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
