What we do: 

The Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Department provides a central point of facilitation and support of the third-party management lifecycle which includes planning, due diligence, contract management, ongoing monitoring, and termination of third-party relationships

Your role as Third Party Risk Management, 4th Party Program Lead:

Responsible for developing, implementing and administering the Third-Party Risk Management 4th Party Program. Specializes in 4th party risk  assessment, identification, mitigation, monitoring and reporting. Activities include developing a standardized assessment methodology for 4th parties associated with the Bank’s critical and high risk third parties, conducting periodic assessments, and ongoing monitoring of cyber, financial, reputational, and additional risk which may pose organizational vulnerabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supports the successful execution of the 4th Party Program through managing the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks posed by the material third parties utilized by critical and high risk third parties

  • Drives Third-Party Risk Lifecycle activities to completion, including performing third-party TPRM Policy and Controls assessment, facilitating ongoing SME engagement, ongoing performance monitoring, and the closure of identified findings of the 4th party.

  • Supports development of communication and training procedures, reference guides, and other TPRM Framework documentation to support TPRM 4th Party Program evolution.

  • Supports, and tracks reporting requirements - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

  • Support Third-Party Risk related Bank Resiliency efforts, which include projects focusing on the development and ongoing maintenance/enhancement of 4th Party and other related projects as assigned.

  • Remains apprised of industry best practices and identify opportunities and solutions for continuous TPRM program enhancement.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced third-party risk management professional with strong collaborative skills

  • Background in information security risk and third-party risk assessments, preferred

  • Experience managing complex projects and processes

  • Proven ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures

  • Ability to focus on the plans to achieve goals and objectives, and carry out defined steps or processes.

Salary Range: $155400 - $185000 / year
