Test Automation Technician

Somos profesionales en mantenimiento industrial y hacemos que las fábricas funcionen mejor.</span></h4></div><p><strong>Principal Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Provides innovative test data solutions to meet evolving requirements while maximizing test repeatability, workflow, and customer safety.</p> <p>· Collaborates with leadership, Engineers, Analysts, and Technicians on test requirements, results, and means to maintain and improve test automation.</p> <p>· Sets up and modifies test data, program information, and equipment for specific tests.</p> <p>· Calculates calibration values used to model for comparison and measurement of test data.</p> <p>· Monitors computer and testing equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure test reliability.</p> <p>· Documents tests and provides training for test automation processes and deployment according to Continuous Improvement methods.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, &amp; Behaviors Required:</strong></p> <p>· Associate’s degree in Computer Field or equivalent experience in a related field</p> <p>· Knowledge of CanAPE, Concierto, VBA, PV-Wave, Oracle, C# and code preferred</p> <p>· Experience with data acquisition software</p> <p>· General IT Troubleshooting background</p> <p>· Ability to repair communications between equipment and software</p> <p>· Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into software logic and requirements</p> <p>· C++ programming experience preferred</p> <p>· Project planning experience preferred</p> <p>· Strong communication skills</p> <p>· Accountability for delivering on commitments/deadlines</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:</strong></p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear.
