Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Contract Type: Temporary - Full-Time
Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Crawley. This role would suit someone with a solid background in sales administration who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from quotation through to invoicing
Process and track customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct
Liaise confidently with customers, the sales team, and other departments to resolve queries
Maintain and update CRM and sales databases
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management
Manage pricing, contracts, and account administration
Support the sales team with general administrative duties
Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and independentlyWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales administration role
Confident, hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales databases
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
A strong eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced sales environmentWhat We Offer
