Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Orthopedic Research department is seeking a temporary employee to assist with projects for the Research team. This position will be located at our Naples campus. Main Objective:

To assist Clinical Research department with summer projects and daily activities of managing Arthrex initiated clinical studies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with various document organization and migration tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conduct Literature search of new Investigator-Initiated research studies
• Assists in creating vendors and site payments.
• Assists in study status updates.
• Responds to site inquiries for study-related needs
• Draft and Distribute meeting minutes.
• Obtain study-related documents from Investigators.
• Maintains research database.
• This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

 

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient software skills: Word/ Excel/ Power Point/database is required.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
