Job Description Summary

Penn Engineering Online is seeking an Admissions Counselor that serves as a recruiter for multiple online graduate degree programs. Reporting to the Admissions Recruitment Manager, the Admissions Counselor will provide admissions counseling and work with potential students and applicants to drive application submission. The Admissions Counselor will join an active, engaged and high performing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Admissions Counseling

● Monitor Slate instance of Inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner.

● Conduct daily office hours for prospective students, answering questions about:

○ Admissions requirements

○ Application materials needed

○ Program Details

○ Student Experience

● Assist with Webinars and other events by answering questions behind the scenes.

● Assist with recruiting events as needed.

● Help the Online learning office with other tasks as required.
