WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Optimize and Prepare Design Assets – Resize, compress, and format images for web use while ensuring brand consistency
• Ensure Design Consistency – Align typography, spacing, and colors across pages and devices
• Adapt for Responsiveness – Adjust designs for seamless display across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Collaborate with Developers – Provide design specs, troubleshoot implementation issues, and test final builds
• Enhance Accessibility and Performance – Optimize assets for fast loading and compliance with accessibility standards
• Create Prototypes and Animations – Build interactive prototypes or UI animations as needed
• Quality Assurance and Updates – Conduct design reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio (submission required)
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, video production
• Experience using a PC
• Experience in responsive design and optimizing content for various screen sizes and devices

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Brand Management – Ensures content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity across platforms
• Proficient in Design Optimization and Asset Preparation
• Strong Understanding of Design Systems and Consistency
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture – Organizes content in ways that enhance usability, accessibility, and audience engagement
• Proficient in Prototyping and UI Animation
• Strong Quality Assurance and Iterative Design Skills
