What You'll Do:

• Be the Shipping Superstar: Master the art of packing and shipping service parts, meeting our high standards with flair.
• Orders : Take charge of generating outbound orders and managing the backlog, ensuring every service part reaches its destination on time.
• Urgency Expert: Handle urgent requests with lightning speed and accuracy, delivering satisfaction to our customers.
• Delivery Detective: Keep a watchful eye on urgent deliveries, escalating requests to ensure they're always on time.
• Tech Tracker: Use SAP and Choice Portal like a pro to track parts and handle escalation calls with confidence.
• Problem Solver: Tackle any shipping or receiving issues head-on, keeping our operations seamless.
• Safety Champion: Uphold our commitment to quality and safety by adhering to all regulations.
• Organizational Wizard: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, contributing to the growth and success of our department.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent—your foundation for success.
• Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and adapt to our systems, your computer skills are a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Your attention to detail and multitasking abilities are second to none.
• Communication: Your excellent interpersonal skills make collaboration a breeze.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as needed.
• Independence: You're a self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Equipment Use: Confident using basic shipping/receiving tools.
