About the role

Emerchantpay is seeking a Telesales Representative to work from our U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.

The role consists primarily of outbound calling to prospective business customers, introducing our services and programs, and setting appointments for our field sales agents.

Please note it is an in-office position based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with emerchantpay’s various products and sales campaigns
• High-volume, daily outbound calling to prospective business customers
• Log contacts and activity into Salesforce CRM
• Assign appointments to Field Sales Agents based on business location.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Good level of computer literacy
• Proactive and sales-oriented attitude.
