Technology Consulting – Microsoft PowerApps Program Manager – Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and manage both direct and contract employees to support the successful execution of complex IT programs. You will be responsible for ensuring work products align with organizational business objectives while fostering collaboration to achieve successful product delivery outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver innovative solutions while supporting complex IT programs. Your teams will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering.  We'll look to you to provide guidance and perform technical development tasks to ensure data science solutions are properly engineered and maintained to support the ongoing business needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring effective management of processes and projects.
• Continuously improving processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Managing professional employees and supervising teams to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
• Engaging actively with clients, participating in working sessions, and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.

 

Our Microsoft PowerApps Development Manager will:

 

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams when required.
• Analyze business problems, design technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full life cycle.
• Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop, test, Integrate, implement, and support solutions using the Power platform.
• Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality.
• Good communication and analytical skills with troubleshooting the issue on own
• Power Platform Certification is added advantage
• Maintain knowledge of Python and C#
