Technology Consulting Manager Senior

Serve as the principal resource/concierge overseeing all technology consulting activities required to take place between each revenue generating business line and the appropriate groups in Information Technology. This role will also serve as the secondary strategist to complete related efforts and initiatives including completing follow up tasks, change management communication, and creating dashboards.

This person will,

• Act as the primary contact with all revenue generating business lines to provide Technology Consulting services including but not limited to; application and product roadmap planning, new project identification, application rationalization analysis and ensuring thorough understanding of business line strategies and how the business runs.

• Serve as the Lead Technology Consultant of the team while mentoring, developing, and coaching colleagues as needed

• Anticipate changes within the company and the financial/technology industry, formulate strategic direction, develop business plans and provide recommendations to Executive Management for any changes needed. These should focus on the overall strategic objectives of the company

• Plan, forecast, set objectives, and determine course of action that effectively deploys the resources (human, technology and financial) within the department to attain objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

• 10-12 years Technology Leadership Required
