Designed for upcoming Spring 2026 graduates, this dynamic, analytical role offers the opportunity to design and develop software solutions while learning from experienced professionals across PURE’s technology organization. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or Python 
  • Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities 
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment 
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and the high net worth insurance market 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas: 

Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support 

  • Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery 

Business Analysis Rotation 

  • Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices 
  • Break down high-level features into deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria 
  • Develop subject matter expertise in key functions of our core platforms 
  • Prepare for and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
