Job Description

This role will support all LVMH Beauty brands, including Dior, Guerlain, Acqua Di Parma, Givenchy, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Kenzo, Make Up Forever, Celine, and Fresh. The Technician will be joining the Regulatory Affairs & External Relations team to perform the submission of cosmetics to various governmental agencies in the USA and Canada. This includes preparing documentation, submitting information, and maintaining records on submissions.

This is a Full-Time, Contract position and candidates will be required to work from LVMH’s East Brunswick office five days per week. The Contract dates for this role will extend for 5 months.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technician is responsible for following and documenting internal regulatory processes for product listings.
  • Collecting, gather, compile, and prepare the materials needed for registration and submission to regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and update regulatory procedures like SOPs and Work Instructions prior to product launch (MoCRA, retailers)
  • Use internal platforms and MS Excel to collate and maintain registration information and data on each product or facility
  • Work collaboratively with the Regulatory Affairs & External Relations team to ensure all data is submitted accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent related experience in Chemistry
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint and MS Excel experience including VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to pay particular attention to details, excellent organizational skills, good project management skills, proficiency. Ability to meet governmental deadlines
  • High accuracy and reliability on assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently

Hybrid position 3x/week in the office

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of  $25-$30/hour.
