Technician, Maintenance II (Facilities - Building Maintenance): C-Shift

The Maintenance II (Facilities - Building Maintenance) position is responsible for maintenance of facility equipment such as HVAC units, Exhaust Fans, Waste Water System, Fire System, buildings/grounds, etc…  This will require hands on repairs to multiple systems with different discipline requirements (piping, basic mechanical, basic electrical, refrigerant reclamation, refrigerant systems, pump rebuilds, etc…).  The position does carry a company cell phone for use on site as well as responding in emergency situations.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on responsible equipment (examples include but are not limited to HVAC units, Exhaust Fans, Water Systems, Fire System, Doors, etc.)
• Perform reactive maintenance tasks on responsible equipment (examples include but are not limited to HVAC units, Exhaust Fans, Doors, Sinks, etc.)
• Perform building maintenance tasks such as repairs to sinks, doors, floors, walls, drains, painting, furniture assembly/relocation, etc.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as repairs to entrance/exit gates, assembly/installation of signage, etc.
• Work with contractors on associated equipment for preventative maintenance, repairs, and/or continuous improvements.
• Be able to work as a team member in a high pressure environment for extended periods of time.
• Responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records on all equipment.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift. ·

·Must be able to work additional hours/days as business needs dictate.

• Attendance in the plant site is considered an essential function
• Initiate and/or execute safe work permits.
• The Facilities Technicians provides backup for other Facilities Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
