Technician - Maintenance I

• Operate grounds and facilities equipment.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and solve practical problems.
• Climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Must be able to use stairwells to go from floor to floor.
• Able to timely and efficiently respond to all drills and emergencies.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to tolerate area of secondhand smoke.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb
up and down stairs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls,
policies and procedures.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
