A Day in the Life
As a Technician III at our Danvers site, you’ll join a collaborative, hands-on team that designs, builds, and supports the custom machinery and automation systems used to manufacture life-saving medical device components.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain custom electromechanical equipment and automation systems.
Support the development and production of delivery systems for structural heart, neurovascular, and cardiac rhythm therapies.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians to bring new equipment from concept to implementation.
Modify and integrate systems such as extruders, braiders, robotic arms, and other advanced manufacturing tools.
Provide support for equipment issues on the manufacturing floor.
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have!):
4+ years of hands-on technical experience (not necessarily in medical devices).
Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
Background in trades (e.g., electrician, mechanic, plumber) or similar technical fields.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience with machinery such as extruders, braiders, or robotic systems.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments
Strong internal customer service mindset—your “customers” are engineers, project managers, and production teams.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Professional, adaptable, and able to work with a variety of personalities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
