About the Talent Acquisition Partner role:

Our global talent acquisition team is growing! Our newest Talent Acquisition Partner will join us in supporting the five brands beneath Norstella and working as a true business partner with our internal teams. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition Leads, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies with hardworking individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Our goal as a team is to continue to build the trust of our internal partners by helping them create their dream teams.

How you’ll succeed:

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand the technical skills and qualifications required for each position. Develop comprehensive job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and recruitment plans to attract highly qualified candidates.

Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit.

Candidate Engagement: Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process. Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding the status of candidates' applications, interviews, and selection decisions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leads, to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Collaborate closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with company goals and objectives.

Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance Norstella's reputation as an employer of choice within the technology industry. Actively promote Norstella's values, culture, and career opportunities to attract top talent.

Data-driven Approach: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimizing the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency environment or a blend of corporate/agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical professionals, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry, current market trends, and skill requirements for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with different ATS.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and identifying trends.

Travel: Quarterly business meeting travel required.
