About the role

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently a Technical Support Team Lead to support our Army client at multiple locations.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  
These positions are contingent on award.

How Role will make an impact:

  • Conduct overall management coordination for all training environments; technical, networking, exercise design and required operational support.
  • Alternate Auditor, responsible for auditing the MTC information systems in conjunction with the Primary Auditor, and MTC ISSM. 

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the management of training environment; technical, networking, and exercise design of a similar size, scope and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support and training requirements at Brigade or higher level.
  • Expert in integrating training environments.
  • Extensive experience planning architectures. Demonstrated experience in stimulation of Army Mission Command Systems in support of unit training events and distributed exercises.
