Technical Sourcer US (Flexible)

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer on a 6 months contract basis to support our rapid growth in Engineering/Product. You will primarily support Technical Recruiters in hiring highly technical positions mainly in the Americas and EMEA. This is a real opportunity to come in and make a huge impact on our growing organization. 

What you will do:

• Sourcing primarily for Engineering and Product teams across the US and EMEA
• Partner closely with Technical Recruiters to develop target profiles and drive creative sourcing strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates
• Offer insights on the market and sourcing activity
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates by using multiple sourcing tools
• Share the excitement about Sysdig with passive candidates! Articulate a compelling picture of our company, culture, products, and job responsibilities to candidates; clearly convey why we believe they are critical to Sysdig’s success

What you will bring with you:

• 5+ years of experience sourcing for Technical roles globally within Cloud / Security space
• Comfortable sourcing for multiple high volume Engineering and Technical roles
• Highly knowledgeable with technical recruiting processes and sourcing tools (like Greenhouse, LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem)
