Technical Sourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sourcer to join our talented team!
As a High-Volume Technical Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging with top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates across various technical roles. This is a fast-paced and challenging position that requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other creative techniques to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, evaluate qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the sourcing and screening process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and sourcing best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Sourcer or in a similar role, with a focus on high-volume hiring especially in tech roles like Data Engineer, SAP Consultants, Full Stack Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst, and more.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and Boolean search.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with top-tier technical talent in a competitive market.
• Highly tech-savvy.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
