Location: Remote, with Cardiff Head Office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with customers across European markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and converting new business opportunities

Developing sales strategies for your target market

Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

Creating tailored proposals and negotiating commercially successful deals

Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline

Reporting on activity, performance and market feedback

About You

We would love to hear from you if you:

Speak fluent German, Spanish, Italian or French

Have a successful sales background, ideally within B2B sales

Are driven, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Enjoy creating your own opportunities and winning new business

Have strong communication and negotiation skills

Are proactive, commercially aware and motivated by results
