Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain clear and open communication channels with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, leveraging expertise in telecommunications systems, networks, and technologies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and service excellence.

Additional Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams & Word.
• Ability to create documents and presentations that convey status, plans, actions and/or processes.
• Expert user of Greta/WFA, Canopi, Watson, ATTACK, First Asset (ICORE, INCSTAR, SNOOP, TIRKS, POCITS, SOTS etc..), APEX-ALBERT, ADW and TSNOW.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience as an employee of a North American LEC/CLEC/IXC.
• Advanced working knowledge of Carrier Provisioning & Repair Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, networks, protocols, and technologies with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
