Technical Project Manager

Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects that are part of a larger program or initiative. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to align project objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the TargetRetail onboarding phase, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including sales teams, project teams, and external partners.
• Ensure project progression continues throughout the onboarding phases and clients’ needs are met as project evolves.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assist in closing projects according to activation goal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Manage activation delays.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, escalating to management as needed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project status reports.
• Communicate project statuses as requested.
• Conduct weekly program reviews and report on program status to manager.
• Recommend improvement initiatives across projects and the program.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations’ report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties related to the projects.

Requirements:

• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
