Position Summary
• The Technology Project Manager is responsible for managing technology delivery activities aligned to the Financial Center Closure Program.
• This role leads the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of technology-related workstreams supporting financial center closures, relocations, and associated infrastructure changes.
• The position operates with limited supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
• The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project leadership, translating business requirements into actionable technology plans and ensuring seamless execution across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
• Lead and manage technology workstreams supporting the Financial Center Closure Program and other infrastructure initiatives as assigned.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and decommissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and drive projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies within complex technical environments.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
• Partner with business, infrastructure, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and communicate technology outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a key member of the overall technical delivery team and collaborate across cross-functional organizations.
Planning, Reporting & Governance
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and systems of record.
• Provide regular updates on project health, milestones, risks, issues, and remediation plans.
• Track project metrics and ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards and governance requirements.
• Support portfolio-level planning and resource coordination activities.
Financial Management
• Manage technology-related project budgets and financial tracking activities.
• Process and track invoices for technology service providers and vendors as required.
• Assist with forecasting, budget management, and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure Delivery or Technology Project Management environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies in complex technical environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and project execution plans.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, systems, and solutions utilized within large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
